What types of equipment can I hire?
We offer a wide range from garden tools to heavy construction machinery. Take a look at our hire catalogue,
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes all of our hires require a deposit. This will cover the period of intended hire plus a refundable amount that will be returned once we receive the equipment back with no damages.
How do i make a payment?
We have a number of options, the easiest is to receive a payment link sent by us that is the total deposit required. You can pay by card this way.
Do I need an account?
You don’t need an account, but we do require you to be onboarded with us, where we will confirm your identity and address. You will be required to digitally sign our terms and conditions, and then you can hire all the equipment you need.
Do you do same day delivery?
Yes – give us a call and we will do our best to get you your equipment. This is subject to availability.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning?
Yes – we ask that you clean any equipment hired from us before returning it. A cleaning charge will be levied if equipment is returned dirty.
What are your opening times?
Generally, we are open from 7:30 – 5pm, Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 12.00pm on Saturdays. Should you require our services outside these hours we will be happy to try and accommodate, do get in touch with as much notice as you can.
How do I off-hire?
Call (preferred) or email sales@accesstoolhire.co.uk within business hours stating your name and hire details, and we will off hire from that moment. If we are notified outside of business opening hours, it will be applied from the next time we open for business. If you have agreed to drop off, off-hire will be from the moment we receive the equipment from you.
Do you deliver the equipment?
Yes, we provide fast delivery across Essex and nearby areas.
